Welcome to the world of Detox Dieting. It wasn’t that long ago that no one even knew what detoxification was all about, or they thought it was about starving yourself! But today with so many people concerned about their health, detoxification is almost a household word.

Detoxification of the internal organs is necessary to ensure total body health. Toxins are chemicals that accumulate in our bodies through the foods we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and are also produced as metabolic waste products in our intestines.

Our bodies flush toxins each day through our intestines, liver, kidneys, lungs and skin. By detoxifying the body, the workload of the digestive system is decreased making it stronger and healthier.

You can choose from non-allergenic or allergy to nuts and you can choose the number of days you want to detox. You also have your pick of fruit and or vegetable detox programs, programs for fruit and vegetable juices only and the extreme water-only detox diet. You can also choose from detox diets that are designed for specific organs such as liver, kidneys, blood and lungs.

Before you begin your Detox Diet you will want to eliminate certain foods from your diet especially during the detox process. These food support the BAD bacteria in our intestines that are not natural foods that cause mucus and grow more bad bacteria in our bodies.
